Allow users (maybe only Nitro users - or maybe have a higher limit for Nitro users) to upload some custom emojis to their Discord account to use anywhere they want - as a special set of emojis that are unique to you, that you don't need to have a server to keep.

  Hi there! This suggestion is the same as https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360050523932 so in an effort to keep duplicates out and keep everything neat and tidy, we're going to merge this ticket into that suggestion. This ticket will be deleted automatically after a week.
