Discord Rich Presences without download.

Hello Lowkey here. 

I feel like discord should have "Rich Presences" without download. I think this because some people might not like to download these things onto there computer or might have a old computer that might not take these downloads to well. I feel like we should be able to use "Rich Presences" without download to make things easier for people. We should not need to use applications to have to run "Rich Pres" I feel we should not need to download to do "Rich Pres" I feel like we need it to be available on the discord app and on the website.
