[REQUEST] Don't show as in channel when RTC connecting is in progress.

The "RTC connecting" issue, where connecting to a channel can take some time.  

During this, people see you as being in the channel. It's a rough aspect of the experience, it's unintuitive. People think you're there and begin talking to you.    

Perhaps don't show these people as being in the channel. Or show them as "ghosted" and don't play the connection noise until they're in.

It'd be a great way to make the Discord experience a bit cleaner, especially for those with slow net.

    The basic summary is this:

    Only show the user as connected ONCE they can hear others.
