[Suggestion] Voice-activated animated Avatars

I was watching an art stream a few days ago where someone was making profile-pictures with 2 variations (1 closed, and 1 open mouth)

I thought it might be cool if, for either just Nitro users or just everyone (this feature in particular would incentivize me to pay for Nitro and additionally make videos where I have the overlay enabled and in view):

If you had the option to select 2 or more images to use as "frames" that would cycle whenever your microphone picked up sound or you clicked push-to-talk. Could be neat for overlays, giving the appearance of an avatar that is moving or opening their mouth when they speak.

    Just set your pfp as a gif where, lets say.. The mouth stays open for 7 seconds and then closes. Every time you talk, the gif will play, opening the mouth. This is already a feature on Discord where the animated pfps only activate when speaking.
