Add closed captions feature on streaming videos in discord

When I'm in any Discord servers that has people that do streaming video, I noticed that there's no closed captions. It makes me disappointed because I'm deaf and not just me, but other deaf and hard of hearing people do need to have the closed captions feature on stream videos so that we can understand what people who streams are saying in their stream videos.

    I am a hearing person, but I agree that Discord should have closed captioning for others who are not hearing or ones that are hard of hearing. Please think about doing this Discord!!

    I also agree! Discord should be inclusive to the deaf and hard of hearing community and they should be able to watch streams just like anyone else. Please consider this!
