Overlay Notification Ping

When you get a notification with the overlay for a game active, we should have the option to get the ping sound when a notification comes in. In high-activity games it is very easy to miss when you get pinged. You can get around this by disabling the overlay for the game, but I would like to have my cake and eat it too.
