Make personal dictionary case insensitive, or include an option for it

When adding words to someone's personal dictionary, it doesn't like names and it's very irritating. Discord knows basic names like Steve or Alex, but it doesn't think a name like Lillianne is a word, and adding it to the dictionary doesn't do anything because it's capitalized. An option to make the personal dictionary case insensitive so I don't keep seeing the annoying red underlines where I shouldn't would be much appreciated
