Make Nitro cheaper in certain countries.

Nitro can be incredebly cheap and expensive in certain countries. In the U.S, for example, Nitro is cheap, as they have a strong economy and the minimum wage there is higher. 

Now, in let's say Brazil, they don't have a strong economy and the minimum wage is 5R$/h (1$/h) making it more difficult to be able to support Discord.

Yes, I know, people may abuse this kind of system but it's not gonna make Discord lose money, and for you even to be able to buy it cheaper, you have to get that region's currency which makes it harder because it takes time.

    Seems like a big loss for Discord, now that VPN's allow people to place themselves around the world it's more likely to be abused than before.
