Potential Slider for Dark/Light Mode

Not sure if this has been suggested before or not, but a slider would be very nice for some people.

Light mode is a bit too bright for myself and some others I know and I have a friend who uses light mode because dark mode is... too dark. What about a slider so you can choose the intensity of brightness / darkness for your light/dark mode?

I'm not sure about the specifics about how hard or easy it is to implement, but I just wanted to throw that suggestion out there. I'm not too knowledgeable about these things but a slider doesn't seem all too harmful.
