Split Bot Message Embeds into its own User Setting

Currently, the setting found at User Settings -> Text & Images -> "Show Website Preview info from links posted in chat" handles if you can see Link Embeds and Message Embeds (the kind Bots/Webhooks can send).

It confuses Users when they disable that setting, and end up disabling Bot Message Embeds for themselves without realizing since that setting states nothing to do with toggling Message Embeds.

I would like to see that Setting split into two - one for Link Embeds (when you post a Link in chat), and another for Message Embeds (again, the kind Bots and Webhooks can send). Since quite a lot of Bots rely on the use of Message Embeds, doing so would mean less Users wondering why they see Bots sending "pills" instead of actual Embeds.

I guess the current setting could keep the same label, but the new setting could be labelled "Show Embeds sent by Bots" or something like that...
