Why exactly can I only change my profile picture twice within 24h? Especially since i am paying for Nitro and there is no accurate preview for the picture yet...

  It is to prevent spam to their servers I guess? On the PC version of Discord, you can inlarge and reduce the image in preview mode before changing your profile picture. I don't get your question
