Idea: Recent Posts

First, I apologize for my English via translator! :)
There are many posts and ideas, but I have not found any similar. The bottom line is simple: you often notice that there are unread messages in the chat, but they are no longer important due to the limitation period. It would be nice to add a feature for chats - mark as read after X minutes / hours. This function would be useful both from the server side and from the side of ordinary users.
