Separate profiles per server

I started using Discord for gaming purposes, coming from Twitch. I've grown to love Discord a lot as a chatting tool, and would like to use it for work, replacing Slack and similar chat clients.

BUT I don't want my co-workers to see when I'm live on Twitch, or see my gaming tags, or see what I'm listening to.

I'd love a system where you could set up two (or more) profiles. Then whenever you join a new server, it lets you choose which profile you wanna join with. This would allow you to receive notifications on both profiles without having to log out etc. Basically just an extension of the current "Change nickname" per server.
