Permissions Parenting

In categories and channels, you can make the channel take permissions from the category.  But what if we want to create a master permission, whenever you create a category, it would already have the permission set you choose.

This would help for people who have a massive amount of roles and doesn't have time to manually insert each role into the permissions group.
