Fraud

I had my token stolen or my account hacked somehow, so now there is over $300 of fraud on my card. I have tried everything to get in contact with Discord and have had absolutely no response. I tried Facebook, Twitter, and e-mail. Now I have to open a card dispute and the worst part is Discord says if you open a dispute they might not be able to refund you anymore. Why would Discord say such a cruel vile thing to a victim of fraud?
