Attenuation app selection

Attenuation on Discord is great, however it would be much more useful if I could select Attentuation to only happen while in-game (or specific apps). When I stop playing a game and I am still talking to people, watching YouTube videos for example can become annoying as they constantly go up and down in volume.

The only solution currently is to keep opening the settings menu to turn it on and off, so an app selection for attentuation would be fantastic.
