Direct call default region

Please add an option to set the default region for direct calls.
As a programmer, I'm sure that it is really not a huge task to implement this option in user settings.
I live in Ukraine and it automatically sets it to Russia, even though from my experience I have much more stable connection with Europe. Seems like the automatic server selection algorithm can't work perfectly for everyone.
And I didn't even mention yet the fact that there is a war between Ukraine and Russia going on right now and I'd really want my private conversation traffic to not flow through Russian servers.
