(mobile) user management

Most servers have a welcome channel, where it shows the new users name, when I want to remove people from my server on mobile, you can't just press-hold on their name to bring up the ban/kick options, if this was added so one doesn't have to scroll the members list for their name (sometimes you may need to find 15 people at a time) it would help a lot
