Allow in-chat messaging with bots, no special channel/DMs

How often is it that you want to send the bot a message, maybe it's confidential. Maybe its spammy, but you just really don't want to switch to DM's or its not worth looking at #bot-commands.

What if bots can now send messages in the same chat that only you can see?

It would look different to normal messages, perhaps a light grey outline around it.

This way multiple people can spam the bot without spamming each other, each of them in their own special chat.

But what about contacting the bot without others seeing? The obvious answer is commands, for example.

"Each server can register three commands which will be forwarded to the preset bot user, if the bot is not online the commands will inform the user that the bot is currently offline"

Now I can run

/mod addfilter dinosaurs "Dinosaurs is currently a forbidden subject!"

The bot sends a message to all effected channels with a message for every person with the permission, the message: "Added dinosaurs to filter".

The bot can send messages to specific channels, or inform the client to display it in their current viewed channel.

If the bot sends the message to current channel then it will appear in the first channel they see if they switch to the server.

The bot message will have a notification alert like a @ mention would. And if identical to each other then seeing the same message in #lobby will remove the notification in #lobby2

To reply to a bot message, the client clicks on the message and their "input bar" will change color to indicate they've switched active chats.

This must be noticeable, so a large color change at least. It'd be embarrassing to send to #lobby "hiderank moderator"
