Discord chat heads

so we've all heard of Facebook messenger right? That one social app that has poor Moderation, where if you report something and they don't do anything about it? Anyways that's not the point here. Now so you know those chat heads they have right? Well I was thinking that maybe Discord could have something similar as an optional feature that we could enable. Why though? So you're in a phone call with a family member that you haven't spoken with for a few years and you get a message on discord [either in a server or in dms] but are too lazy to open Discord up and do all of that mumbo jumbo, reply and return back to the call and when you return, come to find out that you forgot what you were even saying. How would this improve Discord and life? Basically by making it easier to reply to messages and see an X amount of messages from that conversation. But...but we have notifications though!
