Privacy Filtering that separates Discord Bot accounts and User accounts
Historically there has been issues in a lot of servers where user bots will grab a memberlist of users and send each one a spam message, usually containing malicious links.
This problem is of course fixed on the individual level by disabling DMs from users, however you also lose a lot of Discord Bot related functionalities when doing this.
My suggestion would be to add another toggle for the privacy settings in each Discord channel as well as in user settings to filter bot accounts and user accounts separately. This would allow people to still receive bot messages (mod mail, games etc) while still disabling DMs from regular users.
Here is just a quickly photoshopped mockup of what I mean

This would allow owners of large servers to be able to ping @everyone and advise them to close off their direct messages with regular user accounts while keeping Discord Bot accounts (Dyno Bot, Music Bots, Mod Mail Bots etc) functional. The term Discord Bot in the image is in reference to actual Discord Bots marked with the blue [BOT] identifier, not to be confused with user self bots.
