custom sounds (personalized)

I see there's a few suggestions for this already, but the threads seem to have died down a bit.
Also I propose a little more detail.

For starters this would be in the Notifications tab under user settings or have it's own tab entirely.

You can already toggle on and off a sound entirely.
Would be nice if there was another tab along this list.
Let's say User Join- this could be Janet from the good place saying 'Hello' or her ding sound itself.
Or perhaps Viewer Leave could be the 'Bruh' sound effect.
Allowing one to mark their friends as a different sound would go a long way too.

Not sure what file type would be, what ever works for the devs I suppose, or maybe some site with an API that you upload and download from there. (direct download too wink wink)

Though not apposed to it rolling out to everyone either. Would be a fantastic QoL, organizer, or just for the memes feature.
I propose it for Nitro classic simply because of how difficult this feature could be to implement, but what do I know it could be simple there for roll out for everyone.
