The icon and name sometimes will still appear even thought i have changed it

Above at the bottom the person is typing (超级想揉大肚子的露娜董事长)  is the same person with the 松田 露娜 悟志

Above is the problem of displaying the old name and icon the 超级想揉大肚子的露娜董事长 is the same person with the 松田 露娜 悟志
