Apology for the outage 10 hours back)

I apologise to the moderators, web master/mistress and members/users for the outage my system caused last night. I am not a 'bot' or creep/low-life, but do have an ultra powerful computer system for very complex (quantum engineering) CAD work.

 Something in the browser software (crome/others) was causing all the cores to make full copies of the site (here) and grab 1.5 > 3 Gb of RAM per copy x 32 cores, plus the main program page (about 12Gb) where I was just looking at the indexes/tags.

 The effect was to run the system up to 99% RAM and virtual usage, causing a semi freeze, which in turn prevented me immediately exiting the site/program. 

 A lot of work has been done since then. We are at (now) 21% RAM - CPUs 4%. I'll watch it in future so it does nor happen again.

 Thank you for your site, service and the work everyone puts in. I again express my apologies for last night. Still not sure how it happened (uninstalled everything and am running the browsers bare, with just ant-virus, etc.).
