Allow colored text within Rich Embeds

Discord bots as missing something when it comes to Rich Embeds. I believe this to be colored text. Implementation could be as simple as the implementation for the hyperlinks currently allowed ```[text](https://example.com)``` and for color, something like ```[text](#56EE87)``` should work for using hexadecimal color codes

  Good idea, I second that.
  Could allow nicer formatting of bot messages that contain multiple informations.
