Suggestion: Sticky channel

The following option for the creation of channels would be nice:
A "sticky" channel, where you can move users, who need to be silenced for a certain (choosable) amount of time because of trolling or other reasons. The moved users can not leave the channel and write in text channels of the associated server for the chosen duration.

  Yeah, or write only there:=) and mbe having to talk with other suspended guys!
