Actually! There are several thumbs up emojis, along with variation for the other ones with skintones. The default is yellow, but you can choose to use white- or black-skinned with a few shades in-between. It's a little clapping icon in the top right of the emoji window, just to the right of the search bar. You just see whichever one the person using the emoji chose to use. If I reacted with a black thumbs up, you'd see the black thumbs up. If I used yellow, you'd see yellow, white, you'd see white. So it just depends on which one the person picked.

I hope this helps! It doesn't cover every skin color, but it does cover the main ones.

Is this what you are looking for? It's already an option to change the color of your emoji's skin tone.

It's not an option on the mobile app though.

Gboard (google keyboard) has an option for that or you can type :skin-tone-x: x being 1-5 (lightest to darkest)
