Game Activity Overlay doesn't auto enable even tho the game is already in the "ADDED GAMES" list

When I play Minecraft, it isn't auto-detected, so I have to add it to the "ADDED GAMES" list
Which is not desirable, but fine

The problem is that after I restart Discord or Minecraft, Discord doesn't auto-detect Minecraft again
But it does detect it?
It doesn't show it in "add it!" list because it detects it in the "ADDED GAMES" list
And I have to remove it from the 'ADDED GAMES" list, then readd it via the "add it!" list

The same problem happens with many other programs like notepadd++, IntelliJ, GitKraken and many more
