Discord Camera Intergration into the Overlay

Hey all,

I would like to propose the Idea of adding the small camera bubble into the ingame overlays so you can actually see your friends talking, make the bubbles sizeable as well and you are golden. 
The new small bubble when in a video call is convinient already but that would take it even further!
