Disallow Bots you never interacted with to send messages to you.

I recently get many messages from bots I never interacted and don't share servers with invite links to discord servers I'm not interested in. Therefore I'm requesting to disallow bots you don't know to send you (invite) links.

    1) A bot cant dm you if they dont share a server - just like a user

    2) Report the bot, and block them.

    Also you can turn off dm's per server, and globally. I keep large servers off, and smaller servers on, but thats a preference thing

    Great idea! Although I think checking for interaction isn't a good idea, it should just check if the bot is in a server with the user.
