Toggle Overlay Notification Audio

Whenever I'm in a game with overlay enabled, my notifications still show, but are silent.

This becomes a problem when I regularly voice chat with a friend who likes to type rather than speak because he's too shy to let other people hear his voice. I've been missing what he says to me because of the lack of notification sound when I'm in a game, but I don't mind the silent notifications when I'm not in a call with that friend.

I suggest a toggle in the overlay settings to let users choose if they can hear notifications while they are focused in a game window.
