Robotic voice from other users

Hearing robotic or static distortion in other people's voices and cannot even hear what they are saying.

 

I have tried all troubleshooting steps below:

- Checked badwidth (50d/10u) and it is holding consistent

- ^Discord debug is also showing my ping and latency is normal

- Replicated the issue on phone - it works fine when I am on data

- Replicated the issue on Web Browser Discord

- Re-installed Discord

After all of these steps, I am still hearing robotic or static distortion.

  Mine is the same , it has been for weeks , some of it is due to reduced broadband speed, the rest is down to discord
