Allow The Update Ready Button To Show Changes Or Patchnotes

Patchnotes or changelogs are standard in many other applications, and it should be a feature here. When I click the "Update Ready" button, I have no idea what you guys have done. Is just a bug fix, or is there a feature added. It just makes sense and seems like an easy thing to implement and benefits so many users.
