Disable editing

I think that there should be a option to have the ability to disable editing, because what if someone was muted all they have to do is edit there old text and be able to talk through a older text and that would cause problems with the person and the server because if they do it with a really old text they might be able to make it look like someone supports something bad or the server admins just ignore what is going in the server and let something just pass by.

    just kick the guy and u got the proof for editing from the bot logs ;)
