I feel like if you get banned or kicked from a server you should get an alert telling you that you have been kicked/banned and the reason

You see this has happened in my discord server more times than I can count where we kick or ban someone for a reason and they don't know why. So people rather have to get someone to message an admin about it so that they can send them the reason that is in audit log or they just have to make a guess to why. There has also been times when people have just been kicked from a server but not banned so they overreact and cause a bunch of drama. So I suggest that if you get kicked or banned you will get an alert that tells you if you have been kicked or banned and the reason.

Then you could also do things like have temp bans or kicks where you can set an amount of time the person has been banned for and when that time is up it will send them an invite to the server. Also it would be a good log to see if you have been banned from a server or the invites are just being dumb and are not working.

I feel like these changes would make it less work for the server mods to go through. Which means less stress and an all around better experience for mods and admins of bigger discord servers.
