Push-To-Talk is malfunctioning on Android 6.0.1 -- acting as a toggle switch instead of a simple button [FIXED as of Discord 32.3]
As stated in the title, prior to a recent interface update (IIRC, it was the update that added the voice channel overlay for mobile), the Push-To-Talk button was a simple button (push-on/release-off). Now it is a toggle switch (toggling broadcast on or off with each push). This is different from the PC and web clients, which still have simple Push-To-Talk buttons, and is a loss of functionality (toggling was already available via Mute/Unmute).
Please return Push-To-Talk back to normal functionality on Android 6, as toggle switches are clunky and slow in conversations with a lot of back-and-forth communication (such as role-playing games, which require the players and referees to be able to jump in and ask or answer questions quickly to keep the game running smoothly).
Tested on a Blackberry running Android 6.0.1, using Discord 30.1 (stable) and 31.1 (beta).

Update: After checking with other users, I can confirm that the bug is still present in Discord 32.2 on Android 6.0.1. However, it does not seem to be present in Discord 31.3 on Android 9.

This was present on Android 9 for me, however it has indeed since been fixed.
