Add a way to search for roles based on perms they have

It's very tedious to look through all the roles in a server to make sure they don't have a perm(ex. Pinging @everyone, @here, and @ all roles). It would be much easier if you could search for a perm and a list of roles that had that perm would show up. For example, if you searched what roles have the Ping @everyone, @here, and @all roles perm a list of the roles which have that perm enabled would show up
