Add paysafecard as a payment method

Some famous sites as http://store.hypixel.net/ or https://optifine.net/ use something called "Paymentwall", with which you have many more ways to purchase items online.

A tweet was also made about this on December 21st 2018 using the Official Discord Twitter account, saying:

"Sorry!!! We really should get PaySafe Card implemented! Make sure to suggest or vote for that over here: http://dis.gd/feedback"

I think this wouldn't be too hard to implement, and it would mean way more people would be able to buy Nitro and boosts.

Edit: I have seen most posts that suggest this get closed because they are all duplicates, but when trying to find the original one it just tells you to go to this link https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360030542491, which doesn't exist

I completely agree with that, it would be awesome to buy nitro with other means than just credit card and paypal since some users either - don't have parents willing to connect their credit card/paypal to discord or they don't have their own credit card to do so. It would be just like buying gift for someone and i don't see that a lot of human resources would be needed to add PSC and mypaysafecard support! i would gladly pay even more for that to support discord.

Hey, I agree that Optifine and Hypixel both use "Paymentwall" and it would be more convenient to buy nitro and boosts.
