Tabbing into another game activity

I had this idea in my head for a while idk if it'll reach you guys. But! I want to give an example for this.

Let my friend be in 2 games right and whenever he tabs into another game, change the "Activity" on Discord on what game is he on, so he can still run 2 games in the background.

That was example & explanation of it.
