[Suggestions] Ideas for how to improve the role permissions page

With all of these new permissions, it can get a bit overwhelming setting up new roles. It would be nice if we can make a few role templates (like admin, mod, user type 1, user type 2, etc) so that when we create a new role we can select what type of role it'll be from the beginning. It could also be nice if there was more specifity and subdivision in a few permissions like if I want a role to be able to pin comments but not delete them, it could be nice to drop down the "manage comments" perm. and make it more tailored.

This could maybe even go a bit further where you make groups of perms. that commonly go together. Some examples would be:

Chanal visibility [   ]
   > View channel [   ]
   > Read message history [   ]

Messaging [   ]
   > Send messages [   ]
   > Embed links [   ]
   > Attach files [   ]
   > Add reactions [   ]
   > etc

Management [   ]
   > Manage channels [   ]
   > Manage roles [   ]
   > etc

Some can be left as is alone like Administrator, but I think having better organisation can open permissions up to be more accessible for people new to the format, and creates potential to be even more specific if we want it to be.
