Roles

I have such a problem, and I think in all of them. I don't want to lose people on my server and I made the role "ban" and it kind of restricts the rights of some people, but people who have access to other channels can do different things. Perhaps I'm talking now about the hierarchy, make it so that there is a high role that prohibits a lot of things, then he will have such rights. thanks
