Schedule channel launch.

I have a good idea!!!

It would be awesome to have time to set up a channel and not rush it (or I just want to schedule it to open because that would be great)

I would like to be able to say when people will be able to see a channel, that is, to be able to create it days before its launch and to be able to schedule that action for a specific date and time.
