Threads order - an option to be managed by admin

Can we pls have an option as admins to order threads for every person to see them in that order (those that an user can see)? ... and for new threads to appear below older ones, pretty pls! <3

I don't think it's cool that each person sees threads in different order, based on when they joined which... and it's even less cool that newer ones appear on top of older ones.
