[Requesting] Additional feature- Local Alarm

It's hard to sync up with other players in different time zones. So it would make things easier if we could have an "ALARM" setting for a channel. In side the setting for the alarm some one could set it to go off at a specific time and according to the time zone adjustments it would be the same time for everybody. And the only people that would be effectively hearing the alarm would be those that would tick that setting to "Accept ALARM Calls" then when ever the alarm time is up it calls everyone whom has that setting on with a preset message made by the creator of the server or channel.

    This would be a great asset to anyone trying to sync up with ppl around the globe.
