Ending Nitro should end server boosts.

When I canceled my nitro, that included the server boosts, apparently that wasn’t enough to also end my server boosts. I had wanted them both canceled at once because I was ending that continual transaction or agreement. I was charged an additional amount for the server boosts and they are denying my refund.
