Video file size for nitro

If you have any monitor over 1080p you get almost nothing out of the file size increase. 100MB is tiny for modern video recording. Try to upload any clips from my 4k or even if i switch to 1440p cant do it, not a single recording over 8 seconds is allowed to be uploaded. Really? If the whole point is to show off cool clips to your friends it defeats the purpose if you have to go trim out the entire clip. even Nvidia shadowplay's 15 second recording ends up around 150mb.
