Why does Discord make it so hard to give them money?
I don't understand why Discord insists on forcing me to wait an entire month to change my subscription to Nitro just because I've decided to cancel a server boost. Mind you, the reason I want to cancel is because I want to subscribe to Nitro for 1 year but I don't want to boost that server for 1 year. If I re-subscribe to Nitro for 1 year then Discord automatically assumes I want to boost the same server for the whole year (hint: that's a really stupid assumption).
In order to subscribe for 1 year of _just_ Nitro I have to cancel the boost subscription first. Fine. Done. But now (since the server boost JUST charged again) I have to wait an entire month just to sign up for Nitro because I can't subscribe while a boost cancellation is pending.
Does Discord not know how to computer? Seriously...computers are really really good at keeping track of complicated things like how much time is left on a server boost separate from how much time you have left on your Nitro subscription.
Junior developers can write better subscription software than Discord can and it really makes me not want to subscribe at all in the end. After all - after a month's forced hiatus from Nitro I might very well realize that it's not even worth the $5/month for animated emojis and emojis from other servers. Their loss I guess.
Discord - please fix this for your own sake, if not the sake of your customers.
