[Feature Request] A separate "Manage Bots" Permission.

Idk if I'm the only one that thinks this but there should be a dedicated permissions for managing bots in server. There's been countless times where server admins have became corrupt and nuke/wizz a server using a bot they invited to the server. I know there's stuff like anti-nuke bots such as Wick or Security Bot, but it would be so much more convenient to have a Manage Bots permission and just disable it for certain roles that way they can have access to to other permissions without adding bots.

  Thats a good idea but the problem is Discord must manually connect to the bot dashboard, so its unlikely

  Not really, Bot owners can setup stuff like if manage_bots = true then they can access dashboard
