Lost my nitro credit

I recieved a nitro yearly boost yesterday from a friend as gift... Currently i had a nitro classic running and the nitro boost was claimed in my credit and was going to activate in 8 days... But today the credit just got vanished.. How is this even possible...it's not fair...it freaking costs 100$ and it just vanishes this way....pls give me back my Nitro boost yearly
