How am i supposed to verify by phone with this problem

So recently my account got hacked and i said to myself "no big deal,just make a new one" and so i made a new one but when i tried to verify my phone it said that another acc is using my phone and thats when i remembered the hacked acc was verified by phone so i cant verify my phone,pls help
